Matrix Product Ansatz for Generalized TASEP

description: Úkolem práce je prozkoumat možnosti získání stacionárního rozdělení modelu TASEP se zobecněným updatem pomocí metody Matrix Product Ansatz, tj. ve tvaru součinu matic. Tyto možnosti byly zatím prozkoumány pro model na kruhu, a to P. Hrabák, 2014 (nepublikovaná část dizertace) a Aneva 2016. Lze se tedy zaměřit na model s otevřenými okraji, který dosud prozkoumán nebyl. Dílčí body zadání: 1. Seznámit se s transportními systémy jako je TASEP. 2. Osvojit si techniku hledání stacionárního rozdělení takových systémů pomocí součinu matic. 3. Prozkoumat možnosti této metody pro TASEP se zobecněným updatem, zaměřit se na otevřené okraje. Téma se pohybuje na hranici statistické fyziky a markovských řetězců. Vyžaduje nastudování netriviální teorie, předpokládá se tedy, že se student bude tématu věnovat 3 roky (bakalářka, výzkumák, diplomka).
